How will humans deal with disputes over resources under the oceans? - will disputes

The sea and the protection of the resources from top to bottom will be given greater attention by the work of NOAA and Dr. Steve Gittings, and the University of Rhode Iceland - have taken a new ship Okeanos Explorer. Hydrothermal vents on the seafloor are its value for all or only some? Etc.

If mankind can learn, share and use land in a sensitive and immediately try to stop everything.

Legal persons, such as those shown here seem to us, and the vast ocean in the name of conservation, or line, others do not want to give.

And the only ones who benefit from NOAA '& univerisities, etc etc and the rest of the people wondering what the hell has happened that the rich got richer and the poor get poorer only.

Now, because nobody has the technology to reach the deepest, but this is no problem, but when the time comes. I assume that the countries of the technology must be shared for several years, but if you come with deep pockets and have a better and more efficient machines will start to use the old models of what they were.

Allocation of resources between them and submit a dispute to the rest of us, our support for those who raise the resources. Then, of course, that the scarce resources and we invite you as best we can to get there.

Looked at the website of NOAA and students who speak the name of the ship. You should check the name "vulgar" meaning / many / as in the many of us who are affected by the misuse of science. Religion abused and misused science. The site says that the office is devoted to "10 percent of the annual budget, public relations and education, and obliged to work to improve scientific knowledge and to develop the next generation of explorers of the ocean, scientists and educators.

Not holding my breath.
